is an important part of activity of our Centre. During the year 2001 and in the beginning of 2002 in collaboration with Russian and foreign partner organisations we have published in Russian such books and methodological materials as:
- The Art to be a Citizen, which includes analytic materials concerning the problems of education written by American and British authors.
- The books of the educational series You the People by Charles Heberle, USA
- The Seven Citizenship Skills by Charles Heberle, USA
- Translation into Russian of the series of video films on Civic Education issues
